White Castle is seeking friendly, fun and energetic Team Members in Inver Grove Heights.

Help us create not only steam-grilled-on-a-bed-of-onions Sliders, but also memorable moments for the most loyal customer base around. We provide the training, you provide the Craving!

Experience requirements

• No experience is needed, but you must be outgoing, positive, and energetic!

• Previous food service or management is a plus.

• Must be high energy, hardworking, and eager to create memorable moments for every guest every day.

• Must enjoy working in a high energy, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Providing customer service.

• Promoting White Castle initiatives and increasing brand loyalty.

• Working the cash register and drive-thru.

• Preparing orders.

• Maintaining sanitation.

• Working the fryer/griddle.

Skills

• Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during shift.

Work hours

• All shifts available.

• Weekend availability is a plus.
